Our Return Policy
Bags must be unworn, with original tags where applicable.

Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. We only accept return items that have been purchased from  

Sale items are final sale.
In the case of defective or damaged merchandise, items are eligible for refund, including return shipping.  

We can only offer exchanges based on stock availability, so we suggest returning your item for an online credit. If you have received an item as a gift and you would like to exchange it, you may return it for an online credit and make another purchase at your own discretion. Exchange of gift items also may only be returned for credit within 14 days of receipt.

Your credit card will be refunded upon us receiving your returned item(s). It may take up to 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.
